Able Seaman Christie ML 269

Hi

My grandfather served upon ML269 in Burma. He has contracted Alzheimer's however talks to me about his navy days like they were yesterday. His condition has unfortunately lead to him giving his medals away and nobody knows where. Where do I start to replace these treasured items?

Thanks
