She was going to be moved onto the grid in the boatyard a few years ago however when they moved the launches towards her, the side fell off!

RML535 decided that it was her time to go at that moment & the spot she had called home for all those years was where she chose to end her days

The one that was in the creek was a Fairmile B (RML535), she was put out of service many years ago BUT did yield a lot of usable parts in order to keep Western Lady III & IV sailing for the rest of her passenger carrying life & beyond, the Medri's were allowed to remove some parts for Wester...

Would love to hear how she was allowed to get into such a state that she had to be destroyed, the images of her being broken up after surviving through the war & over 60 years of passenger service is truly heart breaking!!
