Anyone recognise these CFVA members?

Hi Folks,
I wondered if anyone could help me identify the three gentlemen on the right of this photograph? From left to right to first two are Donald Campbell, CFVA 869 (MTBs 388 and 5009) and my father George Heard, CFVA 1212 (MTBs 723 and 5009). Does anyone recognise the others, please? I would also be interested to learn what the occasion was, and when the photograph was taken.
