Here it is hoped that models, other than those built by Veteran's, can be discussed and illustrated.
Hello from 'downunder' in OZ,
I think it's about time I posted some piccies of what I've been up to recently and not so recently. Hopefully I've completed the attachments correctly, so here goes --
Only two models completed so far, both in 1/144th scale and both rescaled from card models with extras (resin castings of the weapons and deck fittings and brass etched railings) added including figures.
HDML 1285 is an RN 72' boat, the history of which I don't know a lot about.
ML 429 is an RAN Fairmile B, commissioned April 1943 and armed with a Rolls Royce 2pdr for'ard. I did three of these for a lady in Sydney who's late husband served on 429 and she asked for one for each of her three grandsons.
