Coastal Forces Veterans

Can anyone inform about steering MTB's at varying speeds and in varying conditions? I am particularly interested in steering and turning or zig zagging at speed. For instance, on flat calm (ideal conditions) what were turning distances at given speeds?
Can anyone also inform on standard tactics for MTB's under air attack?
